Fishnatic - angling & fishing app for iPhone and iPad

Fishnatic is an application focusing on the specific needs of anglers. You can use it as your private digital diary, log your catches, locate fishing spots and services, manage your tackle boxes and keep track of your favourite fishing methods and fish species. You can also connect, share your experiences and compete with other anglers all other the world.

Active anglers sharing their catches and information earn points, building their ranking position. International, national and team rankings and leader boards encourage competition and teaming with friends.

Logged catch information is automatically enhanced with weather conditions and location. Together with fishing method information, bait and equipment used and finally fish species, length and weight this can greatly support your next angling activity choices.

You can discover other anglers public catches and fishing spots using interactive map and filters. Logged catches and posts can also be private - only you can see them, or shared only with connected friends. Other relevant POIs - like fishing shops, places where to get fishing licenses or boat rentals can also be discovered in the map view. You can see what fish species are common in some areas and look up all catch details with a single tap. Map view is a great tool for planning fishing trips and finding good fishing spots. The catch view on the map can be filtered by fishing method and fish species so, for example, carp anglers can see only carp catches or fly anglers see only catches with fly method.

You can follow anglers teams from all over the world, join selected team or create your own team. As a team captain you can lead and manage your team. You can browse all public activities of any team or all activities of your team and see life best results and scoring.

With Fishnatic you can follow other anglers and see their public activities in your activities feed. You can also connect with followed users, inviting them to friends, and/or accepting others invitations. There is more to see and do with your angling friends!

Fishnatic inspires and motivates anglers to be more active and go more fishing. You can have a lot of fun and real angling competition using our unique Fishing Battles functionality. Battles can be created by individual users, teams but also organisations or brands. They can be private or public, by invitation only or open. Each battle is planned ahead with app controlled countdown and notifications for start and end time. Rules selected for given battle define win criteria, fishing spots, species and methods allowed. Once the battle starts the app is counting the catches of all anglers in the battle, builds ranking and final results.
Battles functionality offers great flexibility and automation when creating local, national or worldwide angling contests.

Fishnatic angler profile lets you find all angler related information in one place - like national and international ranking positions, biggest catches, results in battles, catch statistics by year and month, catch diary, posted catches and tacklebox info.
